Established in March of 2020, The Daily Communication Initiative (DCI) began as daily text message to provide pre-shift support to nurses entering the unknown while much of the world shut down. Throughout the years, the DCI has evolved but the goal remains the same.

Decrease anxiety with a daily unspoken reminder that there is peer support on the other end.

We are calling on the commUNITY to help us write affirmations that will be used in the Daily Communication Initiative!

What is the Daily Communication Initiative?

The Daily Communication Initiative is a daily affirmation sent via text from Debriefing the Front Lines message Monday - Friday. Subscribers have the ability to respond in real time should they need a little extra support.

A few things we want you to know:

Our intention is that each message serves as a reminder that support is on the other end whether you respond or not.
Not every message will resonate however it is our hope the daily messages bring a little extra light into your life.
If a certain message doesn’t resonate with you, we hope you find comfort in knowing that it speaks to someone else.
This is not an automated message.
We are on the other end.
We honor your trials and tribulations and celebrate the triumphs of your experiences. If it feels right, share them with us.
