Here’s how affirmations reprogram your subconscious mind.

🧠 Thoughts contain energy in the form of electrochemical reactions. Every thought you think strengthens the circuitry in your brain known as your neural pathways. The more you think a thought (repetition) the easier and more automatic that thought becomes.

🧠 Your mind shapes the structure of your brain, and the structure of your brain influences your mind.

The Science

👉🏽Reading and repeating affirmations on a daily basis uses your conscious mind to reprogram your subconscious mind until you get the results you want.

We know this is possible because of neuroplasticity.

👉🏽Neuroplasticity - is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. It is when the brain is rewired to function in some way that differs from how it previously functioned.

The Translation

💡You can use your mind to change your brain.

The Summary

🪐 Affirmations teach your subconscious mind how you want to think.
