Hospitals don't say yes to ideas. They say yes to evidence.
Pilot to Partnership Mentorship is for nursing entrepreneurs ready to build impactful, accredited, theory-anchored programs and sell them to hospitals.
Consider me your co-pilot. Together we will choose your program methodology, generate usable data (evidence) and have clear proof-of concept. From here, we’ll align it with Joint Commission Standards, package it up and prepare to pitch your program to hospitals.
Create systems impact and command $20 - $50k partnerships. Make this your full-time work. Care for yourself and others, a foundation of our shared nursing practice.
Haven’t picked up the Pilot to Partnership Resource Guide yet?
It’s highly recommended before applying that you purchase the Pilot Partnership Resource Guide. The mentorship builds directly on the framework and language in the guide.
When you commit to the mentorship, the cost of the guide is 100% reimbursed because it’s part of the package.
And if you don’t commit to the mentorship, you still have the framework to DIY. That’s a win-win.
Not a checklist. Not a template. A methodology.
Any Topic, One Specialty
This framework works for any topic.
With that being said, where I do my best work, is with nurses building holistic focused programs, well-being and well-becoming initiatives, peer support structures, and trainings focused on psychological safety, emotional intelligence and trauma-informed care. If that’s your world, I would love to be a part of helping you build. If this isn’t your area of study, the methodology still holds - and I’m just as honored.
Pilot to Partnership Includes
-
Three months of 1:1 mentorship, from pilot design through preparing for your first hospital pitch.
-
CNE contact hours for your program, built in.
-
Direct guidance choosing your theory, your metric, and your survey design.
-
Methodology review before you collect a single data point, so mistakes get caught early, not after.
-
Pitch and proof-of-concept package review before it reaches a hospital.
-
Direct access to me throughout, not a course, not a group program, an actual one-on-one working relationship.
-
All of my CNE and program based work include contracts protecting your IP - and mentorship is no different! Every portion of the work belongs to you!
The Investment | $5,200
1:1 Mentorship - 3 months direct guidance from application to pitch preparation (virtual unless you live in SWFL! 🐚)
CNE Contact Hours - Strategically built in, not an afterthought (a $2,500 value)
This is a significant investment. It’s also the same process that has turned a single pilot into hospital partnerships worth $20 - $50k. You’re paying for 20+ years of expertise, not a template, not an on-demand course.
Payment plans are available, personalized to fit your needs, with no extra or hidden fees. If the full investment up front isn’t the right fit, we’ll figure out a structure that works during our call.
Why CNE Accreditation Matters
Accreditation is a stamp of legitimacy. It tells everyone (boards, hospitals, employers and potential students) that the content was vetted against established standards. This is what transforms your work from personal expertise into a trusted, credential-bearing program hospitals are willing to pay for.
💡 If you’re not ready to build a program, you can still invest in CNE contact hours for your workshop, course, membership, conference or retreat.
Pilot to Partnership
Mentorship is for You
Are feeling stuck
stuck between “I have an idea” and knowing how to build a theory-backed program
If you
Have been building a body of work but haven’t secured hospital partnerships yet (you need that uplevel everyone talks about! )
Want to create income for yourself because this is necessary for life and to keep creating impact. You understand that your prosperity leads to the prosperity of others.
Read the Pilot to Partnership Resource Guide and simply don’t want to build alone. You desire an experienced co-pilot and thought partner who is committed to your success
Applications Are Open
How it works: I commit to 4 - 6 mentorship clients per quarter. If you’re reading this, applications are open.
One of our hospital partners, once called our offerings boutique style. This is the highest compliment because even without the language, this was intentional.
One-on-one, not a group program with your name added to a list but a small number of people I commit to that I can give real, individual attention to. No waitlist games, no artificial scarcity, just an honest limit on how much attention I can give to ensure your success (and our shared well-becoming)
What to Expect
From application, to meeting to starting your program.
I’m with you every step of the way.
-
A short application tells me where you are and what you’re building.
-
I review it personally. Every application gets read by me, not a team, not a bot.
-
If I feel your program vision aligns with my expertise, I reach out to schedule a call. Here we can discuss the process, our expectations of one another, timeline and payment structure.

If you made it to this page, there is a good chance we know each other either online or in real life. I share this because the majority my this work is with colleagues I've come to know over the years - or those who’ve made it here by way of referral.
Over the past 6 years as an accredited CNE provider and program-builder, I’ve partnered with national nonprofit organizations, professional nursing associations, national patient safety centers, independent and community scholars and hospitals nationwide to provide continuing nursing education. This is my full-time work.
In addition to this, I’ve built my own body of work - from baccalaureate nursing simulation curriculums, wellness initiatives, debriefing programs, second-victim programs, peer support programs and debriefing trainings.
I’ve been doing this work in some way over the past 20 years however it really began in March of 2020.
Sixteen days after a global pandemic was declared, I began Debriefing the Front Lines. Since, I’ve built a national nonprofit organization and a team of board certified nurse coaches (NC-BC) and together we provide debriefing of single incident and cumulative care-taking trauma, sobriety support and education to individuals + healthcare systems.
When not championing change in education and mental health, find me soaking in the sun, swimming in the gulf, collecting sharks teeth, chasing my animals and tending to my kosmic garden alongside her husband.
