From novice entrepreneurs with an idea to seasoned educators, we partner with nurses who desire to be part of the solution and those who care about doing things right - and doing them well.
CNE accreditation has helped many nursing entrepreneurs, including myself increase opportunity for heart-centered impact and sustainable revenue. You will work directly with me, Tara - the founding Executive Director of Debriefing the Front Lines to create offerings that spark reflection, connecting evidence-based frameworks to sustain meaningful work in healthcare as a nursing entepreneur.
Tara Kosmas
MSN, RN, NC-BC, CHSE, SOAR
Over the past 6 years as an accredited CNE provider, I’ve partnered with national nonprofit organizations, professional nursing associations, national patient safety centers, independent and community scholars and hospitals nationwide to provide continuing nursing education.
In addition to this, I’ve built my own body of work - from built baccalaureate nursing simulation curriculums, wellness initiatives, debriefing programs, second-victim programs, peer support programs, debriefing trainings and the national nonprofit organization, Debriefing the Front Lines.
I’ve been doing this work in some way over the past 20 years however it really began in March of 2020.
Sixteen days after a global pandemic was declared, I began Debriefing the Front Lines. Since, I’ve built a team of board certified nurse coaches and together we provide debriefing of single incident and cumulative care-taking trauma, sobriety support and education to individuals and healthcare systems.
In 2021, as the collective occupation trauma grew so did the need for deeper education. Drawing from my experience as an Assistant Professor, I entered the consulting world with the intention to make CNE accreditation more accessible to nursing entepreneurs and independent + community scholars.
When not championing change in education and mental health, find me soaking in the sun, swimming in the gulf, collecting sharks teeth, chasing my animals and tending to my kosmic garden alongside her husband.
About
Bold ideas meets thoughtful execution
Why CNE Accredication Matters
Accreditation is a stamp of legitimacy. It tells everyone (boards, hospitals, employers and potential students) that the content was vetted against established standards. This is what transforms your work from personal expertise into a trusted, credential-bearing program hospitals are willing to pay for.
CNE accreditation has helped many nursing entrepreneurs promote their work, increase opportunity for sales with employer based tuition- based reimbursement, expand thier audience and book more paid engagements.
