Nurse Ambassador Program

Join Debriefing the Front Lines

You’ve been sharing our work with colleagues for years. You’ve downloaded our resources. You’ve been to workshop - or two. You’ve donated to our annual GivingTuesday campaign or served as a peer fundraiser. All because you believe deeply in our mission to champion debriefing forward as a national resource for nurses.

You already do the work. Now do it with a title, Debriefing the Front Lines Nurse Ambassador.

Why the Program Exists

We receive hundreds of emails each year from nurses sharing their stories and asking, “How can I help?”

If you believe nurses deserve support and want to help make debriefing a natural, accessible part of nursing culture. Here's your opportunity to join the Debriefing the Front Lines Ambassador Program and make an impact within an established national nonprofit, helping normalize the use of mental health resources for nurses everywhere.

Our Moonshot

In 5 years time, a Care Response Team in every city. A chapter in every state.

Led by nurses who once stood exactly where you're standing now.

This founding ambassador team is where it starts. We're building toward a future where debriefing isn't something you have to explain, it's just how nursing works: normal, expected, and everywhere. Ambassador Leads running local chapters. GivingTuesday funding scholarships for every nurse who needs one. A yearly Ambassador retreat, because you give so much care to others and you need care too. A national resource, built by the people who show up and are willing to be a part of the solution.

Our Ask

We started this work in March 2020, because nurses needed someone to show up for them. We've heard from so many of you wanting to help bring that support forward. Join our founding ambassador club and help lead a care revolution. 🤎

Moments That Move Us

A glimpse into our community events, retreats, and collaborations.

Some of our community members we connect with online, others we meet in person at our events - every interaction tells a story of connection, courage and care shared among nurses across the county.
