Trauma Responsive Nursing Leadership, Nurse Educator Focus
“I thought it was brilliant to create a program specifically for nurse educators dedicated to meeting the unique needs of our current students thought trauma informed education. The scope of nursing and the needs of our students have been forever altered by the COVID-19 pandemic. We as educators need to be sure we have the appropriate tools and direction to support our students. TheTrauma Responsive Nurse Educator course is the perfect launching pad to address the gaps in educators’ efforts to build collaboration and caring in the process of guiding our nursing students to become successful, confident clinicians."
