• July Workshop: The Ego Death of the Bedside Nurse

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    🟤 Examine ego death in the context of nursing practice and how relinquishing the ego can facilitate personal and professional growth.

    🟤 Recognize behaviors and need to “stay relevant” as adaptations to cumulative care taking trauma and learn how to better respond to your own needs. 

    🟤 Analyze the role of ego strength in mitigating psychological distress in nurses

    🟤 Reflect and recognize the patterns and limiting beliefs that hinder growth and value alignment

    🟤 Discuss terms that recognize our humanness and learn tools that put this recognition into action.

    Facilitated group discussion will not be recorded - only the education will be recorded and shared
